Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Action Closures
• Chase current department for answers in needed
• Update Project Management Tracker as and when jobs are closed
• Update In Progress end dates, road types & permit information to internal management system
• Save Daily in Progress in shared area and notify this has been done
• Send out Daily Closures
• Liaise with local authorities where required
• Add all information from Proposed Works Report to Jobs on internal management system
• Complete Registrations / R1s in the correct timeframe
• Assist the Streetworks compliance team with any queries
• Keep internal management system dashboard to a true reflection
• Assist in other areas of the business as and when required (sickness and holiday cover)
Education/Authorisations:
• Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English would be preferable.

DESIRED
• Knowledge of NRSWA and associated Streetworks legislation
